Meal 4: 1 slice of tuna, 115g black beans, a banana.

Meal 5: 1 chopped bell pepper, 200g of lean red meat, a glass of cooked barley, 115g mushroom, 115g pasta.

Meal 6: a glass of lemon juice, 1 small bowl of flaxseed soup.

Day 5:

Meal 1: 1 boiled egg, 1 strip bacon, 1 bowl spinach, 1 glass grapefruit juice, an apple.

Meal 2: a jar yogurt, a piece cheese, 1 bowl red grapes, 1 small bowl flaxseed soup, 1 cup of tea.
