Tomato – panacea of fair skin

Tomato is native to South America; it provides a large of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B6, and vitamin C. In addition, the tomato has a lot of micronutrients such as iron, calcium, magnesium, nickel… that help enhance the body's resistance. Tomato also contains an excellent amount of lycopene and beta – carotene, they are powerful antioxidants, they may help prevent cancer cells and the formation of blood clots. Thanks to their high nutrients content, tomatoes become the great fruit for health and skin.

Mix tomatoes and fresh milk at the ratio of 1: 1.

Use a cotton ball soaked in this mixture; and then apply it on your face and let cool for 15 minutes.

Rinse it off with clean water. So just do it 2 - 3 times per week, your skin will be whiter and smoother.

Get 2 peeled and seeded tomatoes. Puree them and mix with 1 teaspoon honey, stir well.

Apply it on the face for 20 minutes.
