1 ¼ teaspoon salt
0.5 kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
¾ bowl cherry tomatoes
1 bowl heavy cream
½ bowl shredded parmesan cheese
1 baby broccoli.
Step 1: Place the flour into the big bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt then stir the flour. Next, put washed chicken breast dry with a paper towel, then roll them in the flour coating all sides.
Step 2: Add olive oil into a large pan over medium heat. Put the chicken breasts and fry each side about 8 – 10 minutes. If chicken starts to fry fast, you need turn heat down to lower. After cooking chicken about 20 minutes, you take it out and place into a big bowl.
Step 3: Turn down the heat and place heavy cream, shredded cherry tomatoes, salt and parmesan cheese into the pan.
Step 4: After cheese has melted and mixture has thickened, put chicken back into the pan. Then, add the broccoli and cook about 10 minutes or until chicken has been absorbed all cheese sauce.
