Menu for Gout patients

Supports arthritis treatment and acid uric decrease to cure gout effectively

Day 1:

Morning: 1 loaf of bread + low fat milk 200g
Noon: 2 bowls of rice + 50g of fried peanuts, sautéed zucchini 200g + water melon 200g
Afternoon: 2 bowls of rice + sautéed shrimp + spinach and meat soup (spinach 200g) + ripe mango + low fat milk 200g


Day 2: 
Morning: omelet + low fat milk 300ml
Noon: 2 bowls of rice + sautéed white cabbage + fruit juice
Afternoon: 2 bowls of rice + pumpkin soup + boiled meat + water melon 200g

Day 3:
Morning: cereals with low fat milk/ meat noodles/stuffed pancake (150g) + 5 strawberries/ bananas/ mangoes + water
Noon: 2 bowls of rice + vegetables of salad or vegetables soup (200g) + watermelon/ longan 200g + water
Evening: rice (150g) + fried peanuts/ shrimp (50g) + boiled green beans/ zucchini soup/ sautéed kohlrabi (200g) + ripe mango/melon (200g) + low fat milk + herbs tea. 


Day 4:
Morning: stuffed pancake (150g), milk 200mil
Noon: 2 bowls of rice + sautéed 2 eggs with bitter melon + sautéed water spinach with garlic + 2 bananas
Afternoon: 2 bowls of rice + spring rolls 100g + sautéed chayote + vegetables soup (200g) + ripe annona 200g + milk 200g (evening)

 

Day 5:

Morning: a loaf of bread + milk 200ml

Noon: 2 bowls of rice + 4 spring rolls + fried chayote + water spinach soup + water melon 200g

Afternoon: 2 bowls of rice + 2 cheeses, fried peanuts 20g + 1 boiled chayote + longan 200g + milk 220ml (evening)  

Day 6: 

Morning: noodles/ rice 150g + milk + 5 strawberries + 1 cup of water
Noon: 2 bowls of rice + pork or chicken meat 50g + vegetables 200g, salad + water
Evening: rice/ noodles 150g + peanut/ pork 50g + vegetables 200g

Day 7:
Morning: soup + water 300ml 
Noon: 2 bowls of rice + meat + spinach soup + cherry juice
Afternoon: 2 bowls of rice + vegetables soup + fried tofu
